May I remind everybody that the age of consent in 16 years old in the UK. Even if both partners are under the age of 16 and agree to sex, they are still breaking the law. There is a reason why this is in place. Children are not emotionally responsible / cable enough to even know how to deal with their own thoughts, look after themselves, let alone anyone else. It is scientific fact that teenagers brains have not fully developed until their mid 20s and boys are two years behind girls in this respect. Specifically, the pre-frontal cortex which is responsible for reasoning, planning, judgement and impulse control.
